Day two included two museums and Bar-B-Q at Sheds in Ocean Spring Mississippi.  Sandy and I visited Sheds the first year they opened while returning to Florida in the RV about five years ago.  She would tell people that it was the best Bar-B-Q.  She may have been right by the way it has grown from one small shed to many larger sheds and an appearance on Food TV Diners and Dives.
